How transport works

Send the model, addresses and date for a calculation within 15 minutes. At collection, we inspect and photograph all sides and secure the car with soft wheel straps. A dedicated carrier covers approximately 700 km on the M-1 in an estimated 1–2 days, with GPS tracking available.

At delivery in Minsk, we inspect the car again and compare it with collection photographs. For a required date, discuss express dispatch within 24–48 hours and confirm the booking's schedule.

Brest, Grodno and other Belarusian cities

We also deliver beyond Minsk. Our gallery includes a Rolls-Royce from Moscow to Grodno, BMW X7 from Germany to Brest and Mercedes-Benz S350d from Istanbul to Brest.

The Tuapse–Moscow–Minsk–Brest express direction can coordinate delivery to Belarus after a ferry shipment from Turkey as one booking.

Documents for the journey

Provide sender and recipient identification details, vehicle registration or title documents, including an electronic title, and one set of keys. A representative needs the agreed authorisation; companies also provide their details and representative authorisation.

Minsk to Moscow

We also collect in Minsk or another Belarusian city for enclosed transport to Moscow, with the same agreed insurance and photographic records.

Coordinating handover in Moscow and Minsk

If a seller releases the car, provide their contact and site opening hours. If a representative receives it, agree their details and documents beforehand. For delivery to an address, we check carrier access and a suitable unloading and inspection area.

Send the recipient the collection photographs and inspection notes before departure. They help compare bodywork, wheels and accompanying items at delivery. An exact quote needs the model, both addresses and preferred date.
